Why do we need this information?
Your contact details, chosen treatment and preferences help us prepare your visit, manage your request and send service updates. This is based on steps taken at your request before a contract and then performance of the service. Contact messages let us answer your questions. Abuse prevention relies on our legitimate interest in protecting the service.
Required fields are needed to process your request; the form cannot be submitted without them. Notes are optional. Do not include diagnoses, medical treatments or other health information in the forms.
Who receives the data?
Only Grisel accesses requests. Bookings and preferences are stored in private Google Calendar events; Gmail sends follow-up emails without the questionnaire. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical information, including your IP address and browser signals, to detect bots. Contact messages are sent to bonjour@jiai.fr via Gmail, with your name and the email address or phone number provided, and stored with their delivery status in an encrypted record.
The site is hosted by Vercel, which also stores the encrypted record of contact messages and abuse limits.
Google, Cloudflare and Vercel may process some data outside the European Economic Area, notably in the United States. These transfers rely on their certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, recognised by the European Commission’s adequacy decision of 10 July 2023.
How long is data kept?
The request is protected by an anti-bot check and awaits JIAI’s confirmation. No email validation or 30-minute deadline is required from the client.
Personal links expire 90 days after a request. This does not delete Google Calendar events or emails. Abuse limits expire after 24 hours and are cleaned up on subsequent submissions. Contact messages are deleted from the encrypted record after 90 days.
Your rights and contact
To request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your data, or exercise objection and portability rights where applicable, write to bonjour@jiai.fr. A response is normally due within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
You may also set instructions for what happens to your data after your death. No automated decision is made from your data.
Cookies and technical services
The language cookie keeps your choice for one year. Drafts stay in memory while navigating. No advertising or analytics tools are used. Turnstile loads on protected forms; its processing is described in the Cloudflare notice below.
